Location

Early check in(it was 16:00) needs additional payment even though the room was ready. (I've never seen a hotel with a check-in time at 18:00) If you lose your room key(card), you have to pay 20,000 won.

Comfortable rooms, good wifi, and a relatively peaceful stay

The staff were friendly, while still being respectfully detached. The bed and bathrooms were nice, and the wifi worked great. I asked to switch my room to a cheaper one when I extended my stay, and they handled the changeover very efficiently. Straight from one room to the next, and they even helped carry my bags.

The location was a bit busy, which can be good or bad, depending on what you are there for. I would have preferred it be a bit more peaceful, or at least have a quieter street nearby to walk down. The window in the Deluxe room also both had both poor sealing and let a lot of light through. Nothing I couldn't fix with a lot of electrical tape, but the windows in my downgraded room were actually much better!

It was ok, but I have stayed in many other hotels of much better quality and much less money.

The bed was comfortable. The hotel is very close to Sillim station, but the traffic in the area is very noisy.

The room wasn't very clean. I found random hair in the bed, aswell as around the bathroom and in the tub. There was a nice tub in the bathroom, but it had a huge crack which ran from the one side of the bath to the complete other side the bath which didnt look very charming.

The hotel more than exceeded my expectations. The staffs were very kind and helpful.

The hotel exceeded my expectations as it was a last minute booking and I was pleasantly surprised that it was as shown in the pictures. The staffs were extremely kind and helpful.

The taxi drivers found it difficult to find the address as there was more than one address for the hotel. But some reviews stated that it was walking distance from the Shilim station and just got the taxi to drop us off at the station walked from there

The location was perfect for my purposes of visit seoul, everything i need was around me.

I used 2 rooms and i find other people hair in both of them... and i didn’t like the fact of making us pay for tooth brush even the room description says that toiletries include. (1000 won is nothing but that make guests feel uncomfortable)

Large room and bathroom, good location, some things need improvement

Lovely big bed and room. Bathroom was huge with a stand alone tub and separate shower. Great location, close to Sillim station on Line 2 of the subway. Close to Podo Mall and good eateries and shopping.

Staff spoke very limited English. I stayed for only one night and specifically chose this hotel for the large bath tub, however my bath tub was broken. I tried to call to reception but realised nobody had told me the number to call from the room phone/there was no information card in the room, so I had to call from my personal phone. I called, and asked if I could speak English and was told: "Sorry, no." I was very disappointed in this. Also breakfast was very plain - limited choices.
